Right on the bank of the river, this is a beautiful resort, fantastic fish food and veg food also. Good size rooms overlooking balcony.

Good Place

We were here for lunch as it is near to beach. The restaurant management was good. The food should be a bit spicey. The rates are also high as compared to other restaurants.

Spacious Rooms and Friendly Management

The property is situated about 200 meters across the street from Tarkarli Beach. It is a one floor building with six rooms opening up to a common veranda. Construction to add a few more rooms was evident.The building is standard and does not pull-in or reflect traditional local style or ambiance.The yard consists of sandy surface sufficiently large to park the cars but otherwise nothing particularly aesthetic. The room was spacious and distinctly larger than rooms in similar properties. It was comfortable, had A.C. and all expected amenities, but not in-room electric tea kettle.Wi-Fi did not work due to inadequate network coverage. Meals, which were optional and home cooked with advance intimation, were well prepared and tasty. The defining factor for me was the family which owns and runs this facility. They live on the premises, were warm and friendly, and keen to make the stay as comfortable as possible. They made me feel " at home".

You better eat outside and use this resort only for stay

Food is very expensive as compare to other food outlets in the city. The quality is not as good as expected and the money they charge for.

Does not have a lot of variety in local food. Who wants to eat dosa's or omelette with toast or sandwiches for breakfast while on a vacation to malvan. They hardly have any variety in local food, which is extremely dissappointing!

Decent Place...

Overall a decent place to have food in Tarkarli. Be it service, food, hygiene, staff...everything is OK type. They should increase the type of dishes offered in the menu.

This is one of the best places but we recommend MTDC resort. It just merges in the ambience and makes the food so much more interesting.

Enjoyed the stay !

The rooms are right on the beach - so you can enjoy the beach and water without having to worry about changing before sitting in the car. The food is good - managed entirely by the owners. Not a lot of variety to choose from - but nevertheless everything was tasty and fresh.

Great homely resort!

Bang on the beach! Thats how i would describe this homely hotel providing accommodation and tasty meals! Rooms are large and comfy. The owners manage the resort (glorified term though). But we had nothing much to complain. The meals have to be ordered in advance.....one con.....no anytime any dish to eat facility in this entire place.....All in all a great place to stay...
