Phong Phang Seafood Restaurant at Palai Bay is huge with undercover and outdoor seating, it would easily seat 200 people and there are great views to Koh Lon, Chalong Bay and Cape Panwa. Each time we have been here has been with Thai friends who also order many shared dishes ad select the seafood. We have enjoyed going to Phong... More

Trusted my driver, bad move!! We should have walked out when we seen the menu prices. It was a scam from the start, I asked for a Heineken beer so they cracked two large bottles asked for small. Meals are crap, we have eaten better on the streets, meals crap don't bother.

Total rip off, we were brought here by our hired drivers and it was set up from the start. The place was completely empty and now we know why. The menu is over priced, the food terrible, the only thing going for it is the location but its not worth it. Cheaper and BETTER QUALITY seafood in Patong or Karon... More

Brought here by my driver for the day, shown immediately to the fish pools with no explanation, chose a fish then sat down in a concrete based open room with plastic furniture and worn tablecloth. Drinks were brought out, after around 20 mins no food. At that point a large party of Asians appeared who started smoking heavily. Tried to... More

Avoid this place. Dirty dishes was one thing but when a colleague pulls this out of his mouth after eating a dish you are in the wrong place. What did we get? A free meal and in a few hours maybe a lot worse.

We were taken here as part of a group 'city tours' I WAS IMMEDIATLEY not impressed or happy. Talk about captive audience, over priced meals, slow service for drinks. Place didn't feel clean at all. We were ushered out of of bus straight to the live sea food tanks :( this didn't impress me to start with. I ate as... More

We were captive to the cab driver's selection of a place. We had requested one with Wi-Fi or close to other places that had it. This place did not have it and there was nothing in walking distance. We assume the driver got a good incentive for bringing people there. As to the service: we ordered but soup and beer,... More
