Our expectations were far exceeded! The staff and the three owners are very warm, friendly and provide great service. The garden restaurant is a beautiful green oasis under shady plane trees with a great view over Lake Mursi. The menu offers everything your heart desires and was a pure feast for the palate. All the dishes are homemade, even the pasta! The products come from the nearby region. For all the work, it is an excellent price-performance ratio.
We were traveling in a motorhome and were able to camp on the pitch by the lake. There is an outdoor shower and anyone who needs it can use the modern and very clean toilets in the restaurant. For us, the pitch had everything we needed.

We travelled one month in Albania and visited almost all the restaurants mentioned in the press. We passed Ulu because we wanted to spent the night on their camping field. We decided to have dinner at Ulu restaurant. WHAT AN EXPERIENCE!!! The best food we had all over Albania. If you are into Ottolengi, just pass by. It is realy a tasty even gastronomique highlight

Came to Albania and Ulu for lunch and short adventure with my young lad. It’s was very hot when we were here but the restaurant is beautiful and mostly shaded under trees! The setting on the banks of Lake Mursi is amazing and the views are relaxing and calming. We ordered qofte and beef souvlaki which was the best we’ve ever had. Their rhubarb lemonade and apple pie is also worth the trip just on their own! The only downside is we couldn’t stay longer! Can’t recommend this place enough!

Mixed opinion. The setting is very pleasant and the welcome is friendly. The products are fresh and the recipes are rather original. Unfortunately the execution of the dishes is not great and the vegetables are poorly chosen for the season. The falafels were good but the marinated cabbage served with it had no flavor and above all it is not in season. The grilled fish was very fresh but slightly overcooked. As for the grilled vegetables, there were carrots, not in season... As for the beetroot carpacio, it was original but not a summer vegetable...

We came to this restaurant from Ksmail with our own vehicle. It is a really pleasant place in a lovely garden by the lake. The owner of the business, Ms. Khaterina, came from Switzerland and blended different tastes. During our conversation, she said that we were the first Turkish guests to come, I hope she will lead the way for the Turks who will read these articles.
My wife and I liked it very much. If you want to have a good time, we recommend you to try it.

Lovely shaded spot by lake for lunch. Owners were so hospitable and welcoming. I had a fabulous beetroot starter with feta, presentation was like "fine dining" in a fancy restaurant. We also had the most wonderful homemade mango sorbet as well as melon with orange. We popped in only for a beer but ended up staying a few hours over a long lunch and a few beers and hiding from the scorching sun.

We spent 3 days here at Ulu and enjoyed it so much.
The food is sensational! All ingredients are fresh and prepared with love. You can tell that a lot of joy and passion goes into the work here.
The pitches are wonderful and the sanitary facilities are clean and inviting.
Mira, Christin and Stefan have created a magical place here where you can relax and enjoy the wonderful nature. Thank you very much for that! We will be back and will of course recommend Ulu to others.

A truly enchanting place that I can highly recommend. The food is really authentic and extremely delicious! The owners are super friendly and very committed to what they do. You feel like you are in a little oasis where you can switch off and enjoy life. We slept in our roof tent for one night and felt very comfortable and safe on the premises. Thank you for the wonderful experience.
It is absolutely worth a visit!

Excellent, delicious food. The longer journey from Ksamil or Sarande is worth it for this insider tip. Best dinner on our trip to Albania. Everything is made with great attention to detail. We were given a warm welcome, the hosts are very helpful, we immediately felt at home, great. Thank you very much for the lovely evening and the great food.

This was the best food and service we experienced in Albania during our two week visit. We came across this place by accident and absolutely loved it. We had a very relaxed meal with a beautiful view in very pretty gardens. ( I regret not taking a photo of the gardens) The food was delicious as were the drinks. And as an added bonus , it was all very different from what we had eaten and drunk elsewhere. Really recommend this place, where great attention has been paid to every detail. Thank you for a wonderful afternoon to the lovely lady who served us and to those in the kitchen. Excellent meal.

The warmest welcome we had during our stay. A Swiss-German couple runs the restaurant. Despite repeated power cuts, because we endured a big 2-hour storm, and a meal served 3 hours after our arrival, whatever, a very nice moment with Christina, and her husband spent under the bar notice to be a dry Max. A morale and a smile that warms the heart. Excellent grilled meats, divine eggplant, super roll dessert. The white wine.... Pfiouuuu excellent.
