Food here was really good. Located in central kata it is the best restaurant in the center. There is a good range of western and thai food. I had a steak which was the best one i had in all of thailand. The quality was great at a good price. Try the ice cream cake its a must. Also have... More

Too many of the restaurants in Kata Beach are a bit the same (endless menu with variations on similar dishes) so it was great to find a place that stood out from the crowd. It's really central, and just a few steps off the main street so easy to find. The food was really good (we had steaks) and well... More

Visited the restaurant with friends and was able to leave the place only after the live music was over. The singer was so kind to accept offers from customers and sing and play with them too. Dishes are tasty and the service is good! Reccomend!

love the food and ambience of Café Opera and in particular, the singer that plays nightly. Fun night had by all and returned a couple of nights later for the beautiful, cheap food and drinks. Don't miss this place when in Kata Beach.

This restaurant/bar was the perfect end to our day. I have to say this was my favourite evening out of out week so far in Phuket. The live music and cocktails for 99BHT was brilliant! I will definitely be coming back!

The restaurant is ok, best mojito in town for 99bht, but the main reason to go there is the guy who sings in the evenings. He is brilliant singer and guitarist, and really adds to the atmosphere!

First of all the "Pros" - THB99 cocktails (albeit delivered sometimes in the wrong glasses - more later), a great "in residence" guitaristist/singer (ex Philippines) who will take requests, enthusiastic "early evening" enthusiasm from the staff (but more later). I had a shrimp cocktail, where the miniscule shrimps were in the large part raw - the larger part of the... More

We had two Thai food dishes that were both very good. The musician was the reason to eat here though, the guitar covers were very nicely done and fun to listen to.

A nice little restaurant with live music in the evenings. Food was ok though the garlic bread was disappointing, 3 small slices for 99baht? Staff were friendly and do not approach you in the street like many of the other restaurants which is nice. A good place for dinner.
