I was here with my family including kids and booked a table that charged a minimum of 10k spend. To our horror, just as we completed about 2 hours here the receptionist Kelly Abranches came barging to our table questioning us what time did we...start, who gave us the table, when do we leave etc etc. She went on with endless questions until we told her to go check on this with her manager. Just then she tells us she was from the restaurant and WANTED us to vacate the table. She was extremely rude, non courteous, and the worst of what I have ever seen till date in the service industry!! She actually THREW THE BILL AT US AND WALKED OFF. THEIR ENTIRE TEAM OF MANAGER, CUSTOMER RELATION AS WELL WAS HORRIBLE!!!!! THE WORST PLACE WITH THE MOST PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE. LEFT WITH A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!!!!More

Fantastic restaurant with a Sea View . Again comes in the Genre of Antares / Titlie / Olives. Food at Casa playa was very much delicious and fresh. But Quite Over-expensive and with less portions. But then that is the case with almost all sea...views restaurants of Vagator / Anjuna / Ozran.More

We came as a group of 16 and had one of the best nights in Goa. The live singer, Anselem John Vegas, was truly awesome and a very gifted singer. He lit up our eveing and then after he was done, the DJ was amazing,...we danced for 2 hours and got all the other tables dancing too. The food is ok could have been better but the ambience is perfect. Overlooking the sea and good music with good drinks and the service was also very good. It was a fun evening and one of the best in Goa.More

This trip to Goa had us move to Vagator - a particular favourite. We travelled with our friends who picked a place elsewhere, we however wanted to be as close to the sea as possible. Enter Casa Playa! Situated right next to the famous Sunburn...festival field, I was enthralled on our way in ( and through our stay in North) where they set up inch by inch!!!! As all properties sea facing are, the entrance was inconspicuous. We stepped in after a particularly tiring drive through peak traffic and checked in- that’s when the small details jumped out. I will leave the room details to the photos I upload. For me, it was pretty and useful. Comfortable and well maintained, the property and room were both equipped with good quality fixtures and there was nothing flimsy or shoddy. Ours was the first room, so away from the noise from the famous restaurant in house Loco Loco - more on that later - as well as the street. A few more steps, you walk down to the pretty as picture small Vagator beach. This time we indulged - our room came with a jacuzzi in the garden enclosure of our room. It’s not a crucial requirement, but just very well planned and maintained, hence calling out the effort in appreciation. Our manager was a great guy - courteous and crisp. Not someone who would be profusely conversational, but watchful and considerate. This trip I heard horror stories from friends that hotels were calling to confirm Accommodation, even when booked through portals and then threatening to cancel if you don’t pay up up front. There were no such calls or demands from Casa Playa and that had me heave a sigh of relief. Do visit and have a great time there!More

We had a delicious meal here. We ordered the chickpea salad, the avocado toast, the sweet potato fries, the pumpkin tortellini, and the steak, and we thoroughly enjoyed! The place is beautiful as stylish, and the view stunning. Highly recommended.
