If you're in Boracay and you would like to treat yourself to a fine dining yet cozy meal, COME TO MOSAIC. The food is sublime but what makes the experience so worthwhile is the OUTSTANDING service (with an eye-candy chef who comes to your table to explain all the dishes). Kudos to Crimson Hotel for this phenomenal experience.

One of the Finest 4 course dinner experience

We had a 4 course dinner and i can say that this is one of the finest experience we had. The ambiance once you enter the place is so elegant, moderately classic music playing and warm welcome of courteous staffs. All the food from starter to dessert were of finest taste, presentation and well explained by the server. I want to commend these people Chef Jomel, Chef Jam, Chef Ariel, Asher, Limuel & Arah You guys rock!

Mother & Daughter Dinner

My Mom and I sat outside over looking the ocean for our dinner. The waiters were very friendly and very accommodating after asking for a vegan meal they made me stir fry tofu & veggies. We even met some fellow Canadians and chatted for over an hour! Our experience here was very pleasant. Thank you for a wonderful dinner experience!

Intimate celebration with impeccable service

Celebrated our parents' anniversary here and loved everything about the restaurant. Jovi the manager had the table decorated with a "happy anniversary" greeting and made heart shapes with wine corks. They also prepared us a cart for my sister to mix us drinks and the bartender Lyn also taught her some tricks and mixes. We loved the ceviche we ordered especially the oysters (which we ordered twice). We also thought the lamb and steak we ordered were excellent. Then, they prepared a special cake for us. It was the perfect celebration and we felt very special. Thank you to all the hard work of the staff.

Excellent restaurant and service

We came here for dinner on our last night at Crimson. Ambience is relaxing with a great view of the beach, you can sit inside the restaurant but they also offer patio sitting. The food is good, my young kids are picky eaters and they both liked the roasted spring chicken,it was very soft and flavorful. We tried the el pulpo for appetizer,perfectly grilled and seasoned well. Hubby ordered the butler steak, and I got the cazuella de mariscos. Both are perfectly cooked to our specification. I love the seafood medley as the fish taste fresh. Shellfishes are not gummy and sauce creamy. Also kids and hubby love the mango ice cream (taste homemade and creamy)-this was in the kids' menu dessert. Besides these excellent food. We had an outstanding server, she is very friendly, anticipates our needs and very attentive. The manaher also approached us and chatted for a bit abt the restaurant etc. People are very friendly and hospitable. We are glad we tried it here before leaving ❤.

Nurses Honeymoon retreat

We had the pleasure of dining here thrice during a week stay here at the resort. We enjoyed every aspect of their hospitality and attentiveness. Especially Ms. Lyn who was quite exceptional and goes beyond the call of duty. She was very accommodating and makes you feel at ease while keeping you satisfied and full. We can't say anything bad nor felt we were left with a bad taste in our mouths. The staff was wonderful and professional. The ambience was delicante and the mood was breath-taking. The fastidious food is a work of art and very tasteful. It was our first time coming to this resort and it won't be out last.

Awesome dinner

It was an excellent meal enjoyed by both kids and adults. The octopus was succulent and well complemented by the beetroot. The corn soup was light, delicious and creamy. The Butler’s Steak was the best medium rare steak we have had in a long time. The mashed potato was a great side dish. The staff were very attentive and helped us with the scarves when the restaurant was just starting to fill up and a bit chilly. We will definitely be back for our next trip.

Impeccable Service , Great Menu Choices

One of the few with fine dining feels in Boracay. Ambiance was top notch. Background music was a nice touch. Latin American cuisine was highlighted but we really just wanted the steak. Asher took our orders , and prior to that, was able to tell him that we are there to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. Near the end , awesome lady servers came to extend their greetings and give a free cake as well . Memorable indeed. Of course there was the tomahawk rib eye, caesar salad , sangiovese Italian wine and everything else. Highly recommended for something special to remember.

Wonderful dinner and amazing staff

Had dinner tonight at Mosaic and what an experience it was. Food was excellent and staff was very accommodating. The wine selection that is available pairs well with the food that is offered. They have a wide selection of top quality Malbec wine from Argentina that was the perfect compliment to the Wagyu Tomahawk steak that we had. Dessert was also fantastic. Staff was knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure every desire was taken care of. Special kudos to Joventh, restaurant manager, who gave us plenty of attention to our table and exceptional service

Service impeccable, every dish succulent and staff went out of their way to make my wife's birthday special. Churrod, tuna serviche and grilled jumbo shrimps were the highlights. Would definitely return.

Lovely Night in a Lovely Place with Lovely People

Couldn’t ask for more for a date night. Mosaic Latin American Grill at Crimson Boracay is definitely a must try for a classy and romantic dinner. From its interior, simple menu and superb staff (special mention to Ms. Ara), everything is just perfect. It was indeed a lovely night. Ms. Ara was very accommodating to our every request, questions and in giving recommendations. The El Pulpo with grilled octopus was the best! Their tres leches with roasted walnuts was heaven. Thank you, Mosaic! You’re gift to be in the island.

Delicious Food

Easily the best restaurant we encountered in the Philippines. Extraordinary meat and seafood dishes with a South American vibe. The service was sublime. Our server,Abby, was elegant, poised and polished. If you happen to be staying at the Shangri La next door , I would definately come over for a meal.

Superb food, excellent service!

Came here on our first night. Every single dish was exquisite. We ordered the scallop ceviche, grilled octopus, corn soup, wagyu steak, and sea bass. Service is top notch, a Crimson standard. Highly recommended!

We spoke to the hotel in advance via telephone, they said we should go in or book online for a reservation. When we got to the street/entrance gate it was obvious that security had not communicated with the restaurants. The guard who was working said at first that everything was fully booked without checking up, both hotels and restaurants, which is not true. After pretending that he had a lot to do, he finally said that it was not possible to visit the restaurant in the hotel as we were not staying on site. Strange, since he was supposed to check if it was available, which the website said. We wanted to drink a lot of wine and eat good food, which we had the opportunity to do at the neighbour's place; Mövenpick hotel.

An amazing upscale dining experience in all ways...

We went here for my birthday to do something extra special... and so it was. The service was excellent and so was the food. We brought our toddler and even though it is a fancy restaurant she was more than welcome. We had really good red wine and as we couldn't decide on the gravy, we just got to taste all of them.
