I ate a 6 course vegetarian menu (not on the list, but they made it for me when requested beforehand) and it was excellent. The service was amazing and very classy. Money very well spent :)

I've often had dinner here, but this was my first time to try the aquarela for lunch. Sadly, despite its dynamic billing, it failed. The menu, while enticing in its descriptions, the reality bore no resemblance. "Roasted sardines" (plural) Was in fact half a sardine (see picture below). The description of the "shredded chicken" starter with a seasonal salad, turned... More

Upmarket classy restaurant in Aquamarina apartment complex with spectacular view over the ocean (see my attached photos). They started us off with some really great nice and creative which were then followed by lovely starters and mains. The service was not as expected for this kind of restaurant (maybe the expectations was too high?). I am sorry to not give... More

The exquisite menu with an excellent selection of wines were served with enthusiasm and precision that a military tattoo. Really fun to follow the progress of the meal and experience all the great flavors. 8 or was it 10 (?) dishes in adjusted amounts made the meal into a magical moment. Thanks to the attentive and friendly waiters, and this... More

My boyfriend and I came to this restaurant based on the good reviews on TripAdvisor and Google. I read many comments saying that it deserved a Michelin star, so the expectations were high for us. We took the experience menu with the wines, a 8 courses dinner. The food was good but nothing really surprising or exceptional. With each new... More

Very nice restaurant although quite far from a Michelin star. The food was very good but didn't have the climax expected. Highly recommended but do not get menu with the drinks. We left drunk and this is not a what you expect from a high class restaurant.

We pre-ordred 7 course meal for approx 15 people. Everything went smoothly with excellent food and great service. You should give this restaurant a try. Its worth a taxitrip no matter were you stay on the island.

We have been here before in Koi (their sushi bar) and were eager to come back. Unfortunately Koi was closed for holidays. But we were seated in the main restaurant and had a good time. The place was busy, but friendly waiters. We shared some starters and they were very tasty. Well prepared and innovative. For the first time I... More

Ate here three times over 8 days and it was quite simply outstanding. Beautiful menu: we had hake, fillet steak, chateau brained, scallops and more and each dish was fantastic. As other reviews said they have a big wine list and a beautiful selection by the glass, all served by a top drawer sommelier. From the breads to the excellent... More

It certainly lived up to its reviews on TripAdvisor: high quality food, excellent (and plentiful) service with a good location. Not the cheapest of restaurants by any means but there are lots of extras thrown in with for the menu courses. Being unsure of the wines the advice offered was spot-on. Well worth a visit.
