The Coffee Shop or Cheno's Coffee Shop was the only place that served breakfast during my stay in Castara. That being said, the food was delicious and of a proper portion that I was not left wanting more after I was done. I arrived minutes before closing, around 11 am, but the English lady who works there provided service with... More

Chino makes the best coconut bread ever (not that I have tasted it anywhere else) but it tastes delicious!! And what a great days start, served with eggs, bacon, avocado, orange juice and the best coffee on the island.. can't wait to go back and breathe the lovely etheric green green atmosphere of Tobago at The Coffee Shop close to... This seems to be one of the centres of the village. We went to a steel band night and dinner which was delicious. The Olympics were on and we cheered Mo Farrow to his Gold Medal. Great Night. Highly recommended.

The apartments for rent are amazing and were exactly what we were looking for. Such a short walk to Castara Bay. Air conditioning was great, and everything was nice and clean. We had out own porch, and the kitchen was fantastic as well. Super relaxing, and I can't wait to stay here when we come back to Tobago!

This place is quite sweet, Chino the owner is very friendly and helpful with organizing tours and stuff (extensive family ;-)) and the wifi was quite helpful in this quiet, low-tech village. The coffee is of high standard and quite welcome! The service is incredibly slow, waiting an hour for your breakfast would not be unusual. So just relax, calm... More

We had a delicious breakfast here. The coconut bake, fish and fruit were tasty and fresh. To make it a 5 star I would need to see the prices displayed, instead of having a surprise in the end of 140 TT dollars for breakfast for two (20 USD)

When in Castara you must visit this place for breakfast. It was the best we had on the whole island and the coconut bake was to die for.

We loved this place and came down a couple of times for brekkie with our two children. Very good breakfast and coffee and lovely place to sit and watch some of the village life. It would have been a great place to go down to and sit and read a book or magazine. I will do that next time we... More

This place is just up the road from Castara retreats (where we stayed). There are many local breakfast meals to choose from and the coffee was good. Everyone seemed very friendly.

I really enjoy to sit down and relax and do nothing for a couple of hours at this place. Its really tranquil and the service is excellent. Often meet interesting people for a nice chat.
