So turns out on a lazy Saturday afternoon, I along with a couple of friends decided to have a few quick finger food at this cafe- that too because the best in town(Chirping Tales) was heavily crowded. The moment we entered it had all the...right ingredients for an awesome hill cafe- view, space, parking, and hence we settled down and ordered our food. Right from this moment, our experiences started turning sour/stale/pathetic(feel free to use even better adjectives). The most important thing that will take you to a cafe almost every time will be FOOD and that only determines your ultimate experience.
Out of three dishes we ordered- Pasta came without any cutleries and we literally had to request multiple times; a Grilled tomato sandwich in white bread came in with brown bread and SHOCKINGLY Grilled mushroom sandwich came in with a USED BAND-AID.
However, none of the above made any difference to the manager as he simply said he is okay with guests not returning post such instances and that guests should understand that these instances may occur.
So visit a chemist for a new bandaid and bin for a used one, why would you go to Cafe Gehna- maybe to have a used bandaid and rude behavior.More
