This recently opened restaurant is owned by a British trained Naga local who is passionate about food and providing a good service. The menu is mostly Western grill style with an Asian interpretation. I had the Thai green curry burger and fries which was very...good. Personally I don't like raw onion on my burger and I forgot to mention this on ordering, but it was easy to remove. The fries were British style chunky chips and were very good. It tasted like home. Other dishes ordered included the chicken salad which was fresh and excellent with tender strips of tandoori like chicken; mixed gril with large prawnsl and seasonal vegetables. The vegetables were more Asian style in presentation with a lot of sauce. The environment is clean and the toilets pleasant. For me the lighting was a little dim, but the decor was simple and pleasing.
The many staff were all eager to serve and do a good job. Clearly the place is new, but I expect the enthusiasm for service will continue as the emphasis on staff training seems to have a high priority here.
From the outside it looks like the place is shut so do persist and go up the narrow stairs leading to the first floor and you will be sure to have a wonderful time.
