I had tried Idli Sambhar of Virangula, Guys, believe me, it was the best Idli Sambhar I have ever had.
The Idli was cooked very well, m still in love with that idli after a month.
The place is basic and self-service is there. while...going to mahabaleshwar you can stay here and have breakfastMore
Not up to the mark totally hyped by the name , people just visit by name was totally disappointed by the quality of food and the price they were charging
Will never go to this place , instead will go to any place as there...are many on the highway near by which serve very good quality food at much lesser priceMore
We ordered south Indian breakfast (Idli and medu vada) along with Misal and Pohe. Misal and Pohe were OK but south Indian food was pathetic. No taste at all. Service was terrible. Water glasses on table were not even clean. Tables were not cleaned quickly....Overall a very bad experience to say the list.More
Recently we visited with our friends and on way of pune to satara in between this is good spot to have breakfast, self-service is here ,pure veg , parking space is available here ,thalipith with butter is unique dish we can test
This is an ideal place to take a break on the NH48 for food and fuel. There are shops selling munchies in the compound as well as a SBI ATM (which is generally out of order). It is located next to a fuel station. The...Maharashtrian dishes are the best along with the staple dosas. Prices are quite reasonable.
Restrooms are clean and well maintained, - a rarity on Indian highways. Parking is easy.More
Started out road journey to Goa early in the morning. Got to Satara by breakfast time. We'd been told that this would be a good stop for breakfast as it served a variety of traditional Maharashtrian breakfast fare.
The place is neat and clean. As...with all these places you have to go through buying a ticket with the food items specified. Then go to the counter and the food is served to you or prepared as per your order. Cumbersome, but then it might be a system that works in a high volume place with a minimum of free loaders.
We ordered poha, vada-pav, thaal peeth, dosa, masala doodh and chai. All of the items were great. The vada-pav was in fact repeated a couple of times. The thaal peeth would also have been repeated except for the fact that it was freshly prepared and would have taken a significantly longer time, as the restaurant was getting crowded.
It was definitely a great pit-stop on the way to Bangalore or Goa from Pune.More
Travelling to Kolhapur a halt at this place was recommended online and decided to visit this place enroute. The place lived upto expectations
1.Good thalipeeth, bata wada and otehr snacks
3.Overall good hygiene maintained
4.Petrol pump just adjoining the hotel
1.Serving staff is...rude and you might get frustrated when your order is delivered late during rush
2.Place is always crowded and you have to play singing chair to grab seatMore
