... of course Miura hotel and restaurant is built to bring something outstanding. We stayed over night and took 7 course degustation menu from local sources as deer, rabbit, trout, boar wild pork etc... and simply I was just positively surprised.... see photos...
For sure is one of the best restaurants that I have tried in Czech Republic until now. The environment of the restaurant is great, the service is at the highest level and the food quality is amazing. I highly command this this restaurant.

the restaurant looks very modern but a little bit “cold”, very short menu specialized in czech recipe with modern twist, on the expensive side. Professional service by staff.
Exceptional experience! Dishes inspired by local cusine, sourced by local production, but with modern touch and superb taste. Really worth trying this unique cousine, consistently among top 10 in the Country.
We stayed at the hotel for a business workshop. So most of the time we had buffet style food. It was amazing how the chief managed to serve this at such a constant good quality. Highly recommended!
