Ordered momos, coffee, paneer chilly and pizza. The momos and coffee were fine, but the paneer and the pizza dish were very average. Panner wasnt soft at all while the pizza was nothing much to speak about. The place has good ambience overall but the...service is quite slow too.More

During our 7 day visit to Spiti Valley we visited Himalayan Cafe atleast 5 days for either breakfast, lunch or dinner. Each time we were well looked after by the staff, we made alterations to our meals according to our preference's and they were taken...care with love! This place is in the main Kaza market hence it was usually full. They have limited seats as any other cafe in Kaza/Spiti and it is out in the open making the experience superb! The food is exceptional and the service is outstanding!More

Exceptional food and hospitality at its best! Your trip to Kaza is incomplete without a visit to this place. Mr. Suraj the manager here is a delight to know. The vibe is unmatched!!

The service is nice and quick. The food is good. They have a variety of things to offer. But I feel a bit over priced when compared with quantity.

A group of five friend's on a road trip across Spiti, we stayed at the himalayan cafe at Kaza. They provided us with amazing amenties at the stay and the food is also amazing. You have the option to choose between the authentic tastes of...Spiti with dishes like (Barley porridge, barley coffee, thupka etc) and other national/internation cuisines. They took really good care and also guided us in planning our trip!More

We visited this cafe about which i had learned on youtube. Such an amazing cafe at such a remote place like Kaza. It was a real delight. The cafe serves freshly cooked food. I was very happy to get delicacies like veg and non- veg...momo, noodles, pan cakes, and specially cafe latte. They offer wide variety of food an bverages. Special mention for Ms. Vishaka, the owner of the cafe who is very cordial and soft spoken and gives personal attention to all the customers. Thanks for the lovely food and making our visit worth remembering. :)More

We were speeding to tabo and decided to have a quick bite at kaza. I had heard of THE HIMALAYAN CAFE, and thought to try it. It's run by a lady called Vishakha, the moment you see her, you will get a very vibrant and...a positive outlook. She is very humble and is also in a quest to get rid of plastic, her cafe is completely plastic free and she is also trying with her team to reduce plastic as much as possible in kaza. The food was really delicious and in sufficient quantity. Make sure you try the apple juice and noodles (they home made). The ambience was perfect and so was the music. The cafe offers a library and is pet friendly. It has a parking and is in old kaza market. Make sure you ask for directions or else you will be out of kaza in no time.More
