Good place to taste the typical catalan food. All dishes were quite good. Recommended for families with kids.

One of my all time favourite restaurants. Nothing sophisticated but the best ever traditional Catalan cuisine. The allioli is impossible to improve and the quality of the grilled meat is superb. Try the Amanida Catalana for a taste of cold meat. Spinach with raisins is also a favourite...

The place is ok, the service and food excellent, yet, I do find the weekend menu price a bit too high. Another thing is that there's no terrace so eating out is out of question. Anyway, recommended to book a table in advance if you want to go there on Sat/Sun as it's full of people. All in all, positive... More

This is worth the drive from Barcelona! I went here for a business meeting and we had a little bit of everything betwen 3 of us... everything was fantastic. Whatever you order will be good. I especially enjoyed the pork jaw and the lightly fried white beans. The house wine was great and it came in a great bottle to... More

We had a very pleasant stay at this B&B and decided to try the breakfast based on the glowing reviews for dinner and lunch. We were disappointed. Breakfast consists of toasted bread with butter and marmalade and fresh sliced fruit. Period. You get one cup of coffee. If you want a second (and who wouldn't?), there is a supplementary charge... Excellent choice of simple traditional Catalan dishes. Stuff was very nice and they speak English as well. You can choose from four appetizers, main dishes and desserts. Pig cheeks, rabbit and salads were great, the house red wine was very good. And for all this we paid in total less than EUR 25. More than a perfect place for a... More

Really liked this family run restaurant. Had to wait a short time, but worth it. Straightforward, simple country cooking nicely served to (mainly) a local (i.e. Spanish) crowd. Generous portions and great value. Popular, so book ahead if you can.

Stopped here between visits to Santes Cruese and Poblet monasteries and had a very simple but good meal. The space and staff are welcoming. As others have mentioned, there's no written menu. There were four or five choices of first and second courses, all quite simple -- gazpacho, grilled vegetables, and macaroni and cheese were among the starters, and the... More
