Popped into the cafe before we set off towards the castle. Friendly staff and fresh produce make this a lovely place for a snack. Not very big inside but we'll worth it.

Sandwich? No bread. Toasted Teacake? None left. Cake? Just what you can see. Maybe a victim of their own success? We have found it great before, but this time the choice, well there was no choice. Age at the pub instead.
Went in for light lunch. Had the smoked haddock chowder with large chunk of wholemeal bread which was absolutely delicious. Couldn't resist the chocolate cake. Other cakes/scones looked equally as delicious. Very friendly staff.

Excellent lunch on a busy bank holiday weekend - staff under pressure but remained friendly and helpful whilst producing excellent food!

Delicious Kippers for me today with family on a very hot Craster day. Needs little recommendation for its coffee/cake which is alone worth the visit.
We visited the Shoreline Cafe for a coffee and snack before our walk to Dunstanburgh Castle and decided to go back for lunch. I ordered the kippers with local bread and butter. They were delicious and I would absolutely recommend them.
