Once a year we go to the bear forest near Arbesbach and always "to Kolm".
We were not disappointed and were delighted!
Whether it was the greetings (plural) from the kitchen, or the starters - beef tartare or "suckling pig. pointed cabbage. chanterelles" (and I swear it was the first time we tasted rocket!) or the main course - briefly fried sirloin + braised meat with vegetables and potatoes/straw or the warm, friendly, competent service - everything was simply TOP.
We are already looking forward to seeing you again next year!!!

Stunning restaurant with delicious dining.
We visited this restaurant for a large group booking for my mothers 70th birthday.
The service was excellent and the food exceptionally good. I was surprised to find a restaurant of such high quality in an area i normally associate with more traditional dining. To cook food so good for such a large group deserves high praise indeed.

We made a reservation online. We got 3 starters before the food we ordered arrived. Very exquisite cuisine. The portion sizes were very reasonable. The taste was amazing. Highly recommended for anyone who really wants to eat well.

Today for the first time with friends at the Bärenwirt. Nice place and friendly service. Got a compiled multicourse meal from the chef personally, with greetings from the kitchen. Every course, every greeting a fantastic taste experience with great presentation ideas. Drink menu also very good. The chef has really earned his bonnets! Chapeau ! We will be back
