Fantastic bunch spot

We had a fantastic brunch at Saltwater today. We had the lovely smoothies; kale , mango, banana and lemon grass and a great coffee. To eat we had the avocado on toast with roasted tomatoes and poached eggs and wonderful beetroot hummus and the open...open prawn sandwich with capers. All of our food was delicious particularly the beetroot hummus. Everything Is freshly prepared and the service was very friendly. We didn’t book and were fortunate to get a table as we were quite early so I would recommend booking to be sure of getting a table. It is also puppy friendly 😁More

A little Gem!

After reading the great reviews on Saltwater Cafe, we popped in for lunch. We had a delicious lunch! The food was beautifully prepared, tasty and good value for money. The staff were friendly and we could take in our dog.

Fab food

We booked for lunch after local friends recommended the cafe and were very impressed with the food and service. Healthy food beautifully presented and tasted wonderful. The staff were excellent and such great value. Highly recommend and we will be back!

Great place, deicious food anc fantastic staff!

I had the best breakfast with my husband and son on Friday 8th June. The food is very well presented and tasted even better! Great place, intimate, friendly and cosy. The staff is lovely and makes you feel special. Definitely the place to go for...fantastic food 😋More

Lovely place with lovely food!

Lovely place with lovely food! Cosy cafe with a varied menu. Service run fast and the owners were very friendly. The plates looked like made for a magazine and the flavours went straight to my heart. Coffee made to perfection.

Not to be missed!

Fantastic cafe. Friendly staff & delicious food & great coffee. It soon became our favourite during our 4 day stay in Millford on Sea. By favourite, I mean we ate there 3 days in a row ……. would have been 4 had we discovered it...the day of our arrival 😀More

Food is out of this world

This place is nice and cosy and the food is out of this world. I had the avocado on sourdough with smoked salmon, beetroot hummus and an egg. And it was incredible, far exceeding my expectations. The staff were very friendly too. A real find....Wish I lived closer!More

First rate family and dog friendly for breakfast and lunch

Always a great meal whether it’s breakfast or lunch which is why we keep coming back and it never disappoints. Menu is varied, everything freshly cooked and the service is excellent. Our visitors love it too and a meal at saltwater has to be part...of their stay. Caters well for gf and vegetarian. Favourites are the Sushi bowl, Breakfast Pan, Avo on toast with poached egg and bacon and sticky pig burger.More

Amazing food

This little cafe/restaurant is tucked away along the busy Main Street through Milford . The food quality , choice of menu and taste are absolutely sublime . This is a must visit place . I had the haloumi and mushroom burger and hubster had a...pan breakfast with all The trimmings ! Fabulous 10/10More

Yes call and book to ensure you get a table (they’ll even stay open last closing) although there is no afternoon tea there is lots of high quality cake and great coffee to make your own afternoon tea.
