i am a regular customer of this restaurant. if staff is asked about me, they will know me as the customer who comes on Saturday, and who books table and pays through zomato. When everything was good, i did put really grate reviews about the...restaurant. But today, 11 November 2023, my experience was not so good. the name of the restaurant is barbeque bay, and today, there was no barbeque on the table. i said its fine. but what to got to me was, on the same day i was given less facility, ie barbeque, they said the price increased. the bill is about 2000 rupees. its too much. in 1500 rupees we get Sunday brunch in goa, which is inclusive of entertainment, drinks, live counter starters, etc. For me all prices have to make sense. not that i can't afford 2000, I stay in hotels like like Taj, ITC, Hilton, Marriott etc. The hotel staff should see the other reviews on my TripAdvisor wall. All 5 star hotels. Compared to that, mahindra for me is worse than a shabby lodge. in the reply, dont say "we are looking forward to see you again". because i asked, and the staff said the rate change is permanent. so I'm never, never returning to that restaurant again. service was good. billing was not.More

It is an awesome experience to be in Club Mahindra Emerald Palms Goa. The hospitality of the staff members in the restaurant, excellent food and meticulously kept rooms, clean swimming pool, garden around the sprawling buildings of the resort lure us to have a stay...here again. I thank all the staff members in the restaurant and the housekeeping section and the Happy Hub. My special thanks to Chef Vikram, restaurant manager Sujit Biswas, supervisor Sanat Maity, Nirmal, Dilip, Farhaz, Promod, Arghya and Housekeeping in charge Mr. Kunal, Tukaram and specially Rahul for his service. Personal Experience : Bad Service

As review title suggests, it's purely a personal experience. Stayed along with my wife in Zuri for 3 days (13th to 16th march 2022)for our first ever trip to Goa. First things first - No doubt it's very beautiful and the ambience is superb. As...soon we arrived (7:30 AM), I requested the lady at the reception to arrange for a small candle light dinner for us, as we had our first marriage anniversary after 2 days, I was told that possibility of this will be checked and they can surely do bed decoration and all which I said, was not required and just a simple candle light dinner would make my day. While checking in at 2 PM (as no room was vacant since we have arrived early), I reminded again regarding my anniversary and I was told it will be taken care of. On my anniversary day, I went to the reception and requested them if they can arrange for a dinner, to my surprise I was told specifically that it will be chargeable (obviously I know that it would be charged upon by the hotel, also i was no where expecting a free service. If a person is travelling to Goa just to celebrate his anniversary in a premium resort, of course they won't mind paying for a dinner ) Anyways, i was again giver assurance that it would be taken care of. Long story short...i waited till late evening, but didn't got any confirmation regarding my request. Ended up having a dinner at one of the restaurents there. So it didn't went as the way it should have been and left us disappointed. My only request, if anyone of you is planning to visit here for celebrating any special ocassion, please get a confirmation regarding this beforehand on the call or in an email or you may have the face the same problem. As mentioned in a review somewhere truly that after a recent staff change the quality of service has went bad, even i felt the same, few of the staff members are rude and totally ignorant which is not acceptable at all. Best property in South goa

I am a member of club Mahindra from last 10 years I am staying in emerald palms for the last three days. The food is awesome. Sumit was fantastic in service . Naveen is always smiling in the entrance and greeting us whenever we meet.... Vikram and Priyash chef are very attentive. The new manager Amrit made sure that we are well looked after.More
