Cozy cafe serving delicious pancakes

Hidden in the by-lanes of the Macleodganj market this cozy cafe serves some of the best pancakes amongst cafes in India. The pancakes are freshly made and the best part is that they are less sweet which brings out the flavour of the sauce and toppings. We ordered the mixed fruit maple syrup pancake and the egg, spinach and mushroom pancake. Both were delicious and worth paying a visit to start off the day with an amazing breakfast.

Quiet, Cozy and Great Food

Visited this place many times during my 3 weeks in Mcleodganj. Lovely quiet calm place, serving up vegan and vegetarian food. Tried the crepes, the banana pancake, the burrito, the steamed vegetables - every last dish was perfect in flavour. A favourite stop, for every single time I go back to Mcleodganj again <3 There are lots of books to read, comfortable seating, heating as well. Cash only

Simply the Best

Over the past 6 years that I have spent in and around India and Dharamsala, this has been one of my favourite cafés and restaurants. The place is run by lovely Tibetan women, who put so much gentle, kind care into the food they make. It is very unique and beautiful in style and quality. Also, they have so many gluten-free and vegan options that this place is quite exceptional. The simple delicacy of all their food is to be revered. In the end, all I can say is that I hope the Dalai Lama has eaten here! _/\_

Perfect combo of coffee, pancake and books

Visited on a rainy evening in McLeod. It’s a place where you can spend hours with your sandwiches, coffee and any books ( I started a book on History of Tibet) Coming to food, the pancake was just perfect, smoothly was delight. But absolute surprise ( to my taste buds) was the butter tea and egg sandwich.

Very cosy homely restaurant run by mom-son duo Great food, awesome book collection. We took tempura, crepe, waffles, carrot cake and avocado salad all of which were good. No meat on menu, only eggs. Vegetarian friendly and vegan options are available.

Restaurant is little off to main market area, so very peaceful place , and was opposite to our hotel. They have library cum Caffè, with good collection of historical books about Mcleodganj along very good coffee and freshly prepared food. U can spend some long time there if you are fond of reading. Very good food/drink quality along with excellent ambience.

Cozy Cafe for Crepes and Pancakes

This is one of the few cafes which opens pretty early in McleodGanj. So I went here for my breakfast. They have quite a lot of options in Vegan and Gluten Free as well. I went for the whole wheat crepes with nutella and icecream along with the Apple Tea. The cafe is very warm and cozy. You can relax and read a book while having your breakfast and enjoy the views. I think this cafe is one of the underrated cafes in McleodGanj.

Up the stairs, 1st floor, take off your shoes and enjoy the experience. Small, calm and the pancakes and drinks are really good. Herbal tea, good coffee and the pancakes and waffles were delicious.

Very nice and cozy

Loved the crepe’s and pancakes. We also had miso soups and some pineapple beer. The place is cosy and tucked away from the Main Street - so it’s quiet and peaceful. Would recommend for the vibe, pancakes and crepe’s.

Healthy homemade crepes

Good place for breakfast. Must try egg, mushroom crepe and waffle with Nutella n banana. Too yum. It's opposite to the Posh hotel. Tried apple tea and crepe with maple syrup n fruits too. Tea not that good. Instead of in mcleodganj definitely try ginger, honey , lemon tea.
