The food was ok. The service was slow. Fairly priced. It is a big restaurant and it gets noisy at peak time.

I went there on Saturday night with friends. No welcome whatsoever. Then we chose from the menu and were served five minutes later , faster than McDonald's ! We wanted to drink a glass of wine and had to fight in order to see the bottle. All in all,in 35 minutes Our dinner was over. Apart from the aubergines, the... More

Definitely not sophisticated. But there are lots of those around, so no problem with a place that simply offers fresh, good quality meat and vegetables, cooks them properly and serves them right away. It's a great place for sharing. Most of the dishes and sides can simply be ordered, left in the middle of the table, and vanish in minutes.... More

If you are looking for a place with locals and with nice and simple food then this is the place. It's a big restaurant with a fireplace were they cook the meat. Salads are good and I had a steak that was excellent. I would go back. It's not a romantic nor cozy place but you can feel it's homemade... More

This restaurant was recommended to me by a student, who lives in San Cugat. I had no idea how big the restaurant was but it was huge inside. My only other experience of Catalan restaurants were small ones, so I didn't expect it. The menu was great and had a good amount of options for vegetarians and vegans. The service... More

The restaurant is simple, but the food is great, vegetables (artichokes, courgette,..) and meat (especially beaf) cocked according to local traditions are spectacular. Good prices for high quality.

Their barbecued artichokes and eggplants are delicious, their chicken, catalan sausages (butifarras), french fries (not frozen), are highly recommended. When it's time for Calçots, they have very good ones with their Romesco sauce. ÑAMI. I go very often and enjoy every time.

I know VERY well 'la bolera' because I live in that area. Amazing grilled veggies, you have to taste the aubergines and asparagus. Also I recommend the chicken. Good for large groups, couple lunchs and friends meetings.

This place is a typical Catalan Restaurant, very good pricing for food and wines, opening at decent hours 20.00 . Love the table grill with the meat here. lots of local people , but more and more a place where you see business people from around.

Nice local food. Good price and quality ratio. More quantity then quality but still worth the visit. Especially for Calcots it is worth the lunch. Don't expect to eat dine r though.
