Fantastic lunch meals. Beef pie was amazing....soft, juicy lean pieces of meat. Ploughman's Platter was so tasty and that fresh crusty bread roll was the best I've ever eaten! Scones were yum....that jam is truly devine! Great service, amazing location and quality food. Highlight of...More

Tour guide brought my wife and I here during out tour of the Blue Mountain area. It is way out in the "boondocks" but is really worth a visit. We had lunch there and can recommend the meat pies. They were really good.

The Tea Rooms are an institution in the Megalong Valley. I have visited many times and never been disappointed! A recent take over has seen the service improve and the quality is always good.

The Megalong Valley Tea Room is located in a beautiful valley on the 'other side' of the Blue Mountains. We have visited here twice in the month and the experience was quite different. My group had coffee and scones and I believe the coffee, the...More

Hi there Thanks for taking the time to write a review. I'm sorry to hear you were unimpressed with the service on your last visit. Unfortunately I'm unaware of when or who you are referring to but I do know that my staff try their...More

What a gem of a cafe this is. We took a drive down from Blackheath on our weekend away. Arrived late morning and found a table outside overlooking the farmland. It was lovely to sit outside in the winter sun (they even provide blankets if...More

We have visited this Tea Room on several occasions and it gets better everytime. We shared a cheese platter, toasted sandwich and a salad. We were lucky enough to sit outside in the warm winter sunshine which is always a added bonus. Staff are friendly...More

Visited here while staying in Blackheath. The service and food was amazing. We were a party of 4 and each dish served looked fresh and delicious. Highly recommend the Atlantic salmon with chat potatoes and greens. If I had room I would have also tried...More

We had been recommended to go here by a local but we found the experience nothing too special. The scones were ok and served with a generous amount of jam and cream but unsure if that's worth $11? Caramel slice was not very nice, could...More

Hi there Thanks for your feedback. Although we can't compete on price alone we go out of our way to ensure the product you buy is the best available. Nothing annoys me more than packet scones and jam and a tea bag! All our products...More

We were over charged by about $8 or $9. When my wife questioned this, the male "coffee maker" (not the young girl at the counter, she was cool) got so defensive and rude about it we said stuff you, keep it. Incredibly poor customer service...More

Hi there Thanks for your feedback. I'm obviously somewhat perplexed by your review. You were over charged, made a big show of it and then stormed off refusing to take your change!! Doesn't make sense to me. Clearly an error occurred as they do, and...More

Seriously the best scones and blackberry jam I have ever had. Friendly service, beautiful surrounds. Service was pretty good considering how busy they were. Worth the drive from Blackheath

I'm pretty sure you can... there are plenty of outdoor seating and I've seen plenty of ramblers stopping by here with their dogs in the past... may be off limits inside the wooden teahouse but should be ok outside
