Thank you. The staff went out of the way for us. The food was tasty. Loved the brownie. Well worth the visit if you have the money. Not cheap, but the setting is worth the dollars spent. Watched a drama between customers and management over money matters that tainted my experience. But i understand nothings perfect. They are doing the... More

Hi there, Thanks for your feedback. We too are aware that we can't be perfect all the time but we do try!! Unfortunately the disagreement you overheard was one of those occasions that no matter what you do someone will be upset. We allow people to pay split bills which inevitably with a big table ends up with the last... More

Careful not to drive past this place, it's easy to miss. An absolutely stunning location, great food and really friendly service. Simply a must to stop here on your drive through the valley.

We've been coming here for over 5 years, and it's always a delight to drive into the valley and relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. So glad to see the new management have made some changes, better decor, better selection of food. Waitresses very helpful and friendly. We will be back time after time.

I go here all the time and generally love it. Has a beautiful view and very relaxing. However today I was there and was charged $5.90 each for Cornetto ice blocks which is quite ridiculous! At the BP they are only $3 and at the corner store $3.30. When I questioned the price the staff member just looked at me... More

Hi there, Thanks for your feedback. Unfortunately because of our location all retail products have to be purchased either from other retail outlets or from secondary wholesale suppliers. I actually had an argument with the Peters supplier because I too noted that service stations regularly offer deals where an ice cream is cheaper than what I pay it! I do... More

I used to live in Sydney for almost five years and every time I went to the Blue Mountains this was my place of choice. Their breakfast is outstanding and really good value! just be warned that it gets pretty busy at weekends! Their lunch offerings is great and is the selection of coffee and tea on offer! but but... Had lunch her with friends today. We are regular customers and are never disappointed. We all had sandwiches, two had the salmon and were absolutely delighted, my husband had cheese and tomato and gave it the thumbs up and I had chicken and cheese which was delicious. Each was served with a delicious side salad. We shared two deserts, again... More

Wonderful meandering road down to the Tearooms, many shades of green. Wheel chair access is only to the outside patio. Delicious cheese scones, the pea ham soup very yummy. The Trunky Creek Bacon and Egg roll is a must!

My husband and I used to visit the tearoom regularly, but haven't for the past few years. It was great to see the changes that the new owner has made to both the venue and the menu. The coffee and cake were very nice and the staff were very friendly and efficient! I wish the new owner and staff every... More
