Lovely staff and friendly bouncer. Just a shame about the crowd in here, it’s a little bit posey for my liking.

Popped into the Arc for a few drinks
It’s a nice large venue with a great selection of drinks and food

Went here for lunch, had a burger and fries which cost about £11 with a lemonade, was ok. The person who served me was friendly, kept being asked if I needed anything.

Just had a fantastic bottomless brunch at Manhattan Headingley . Food fantastic and great service from Sam ,Hannah and Emma . A great experience would highly recommend.

Came here when it wasn’t so busy. Found some bar staff to be friendly. However, when ordering drinks at the bar, I found that only one side were getting served. I spoke to the duty manager who had no interest. Never smiled and looked like work was a hindrance. This place could be a a decent place if the staff were more friendly and welcoming

Visited the Arc with a bunch of friends for a quiet Saturday catch up. Food was fantastic, great location, good drinks but the real highlight of the day was Alice who works at the arc. Of all the staff she was the ‘one’! Friendly, beautiful smile and very attentive - if I return she will be the reason - it will be like a scene out of love actually!

Over priced drinks, cocktails came in a tiny glass full of ice, so basically after a few drinks you were finished. For £7.50 this is a bit extreme. Do not even get me started on the food, the burgers are disgusting and tasteless, wouldn't feed it to my dog. However, the pizzas are quite decent.
Went for the quiz, the guy running it needs to take the mic away from his mouth as he is hard to understand. We also kept getting disconnected, which is a nuisance.
The staff are average, some of them you will be lucky to get eye contact never mind a smile, but hey ho
Very student based, rowdy and loud not really suitable for kids

Sat in here now the pepperoni pizza was fantastic, no problem, however the onion rings were disgusting. I like the fact that they were proper onion rings in batter, but the fact you took them straight out of the fryer and dumped them in the serving bowl was not good. We had to try and dry each onion ring off on napkins as there was so much grease in the serving bowl.
Loved it apart from the onion rings, buy some kitchen roll and get rid of the grease before you serve, I’ll be back to see if you do!!!!

The Arc is a distinctive pub that is popular with students and Otley runners alike, this pub should be avoided if you are looking for a quiet pint but the lively atmosphere and distinctive shape will suit some.

The food was off good quality and also the presentation . The staff were friendly and approachable the food came to us in good time

So we came to the arc on Monday 20th November to there being two girls as staff behind the bar. When we checked online the food was served till 9pm and 2 for 1 cocktails all day Sunday to Thursday. So we arrived in a group of 4 to order some food at 8.30, we went to order our food and were rudely told that they stopped food ages ago and that we couldn't order anything. So we left to get some food elsewhere, and came back at 9.30 to order some cocktails to again being rudely told that it isn't 2 for 1 on them as there was only 2 members of staff on. How is this okay turning away at least £50. Will never return again and really annoyed and upset that this place ruined our plans of a nice night of cocktails and food.

We booked upstairs on a Sunday early afternoon for our daughters 30th birthday for family & friends. There was no charge for the whole of upstairs & we could sit outside as it was warm & sunny. We ordered Pizza & Fries for all to share no complaints, friendly, efficient service & good time by all. Well done the Arc
