We loved our meal at this restaurant. The set price menu was a journey through the classic Japanese dishes, from a delicious potato salad on a cracker, to fresh and beautiful sashimi and sushi, crispy pork gyozas, tender and delicious beef teriyaki to the beautifully...simple dessert of yuzu yoghurt and fruit made from the Master’s (owner and chef) own garden. Great service and hospitality makes for a special experience. We’ll worth the visit to Balnarring.More
Quality ingredients, elegantly crafted and thoroughly enjoyed. I am glad we chose to try this restaurant. Having recently moved to the area I read good things and understood that we would be in very experienced hands. I enjoyed our set menu and look forward to...dining a part carte again when staffing allows. Recommended.More
Sensibly, due to staff absence due to training, the normal a la carte options were suspended and a $75 fixed price menu offered. It was all absolutely delicious, course after course of tasty traditional fare, some cold (sashimi, sushi, chicken salad), ending with a rich...perfectly cooked tenderloin in teriyaki sauce. Just delicious.More
