Our farewell meal before heading home and it couldn't have been more perfect. Wait person spoke English and was very polite and friendly. We had a mixture of meals from okonomiyaki (best we had in 5 weeks in Japan) to teppanyaki. Great selection of vegetables...More

Lunched here as recommended by our guide and it did not disappoint- best pancakes we've had but don't think European pancakes. Japanese pancakes are different and so moist and delicious. The tables have a hot plate (temperature controllable) which keep pancakes warm or you cook...More

A pleasant welcome, with good food and service made this a comfortable evening meal. We cooked our meal on a hotplate in front of us - an enjoyable experience. The waiter took a photo of us, which he printed and gave one to each of...More

Great atmosphere, felt quite welcome, English menu attentive staff and you get to watch the chefs create your meal, and then leave with a photo remainder of the evening.

The food was good. We ordered monja and okonomiyaki both, monja is good but okonomiyaki is a little bit small for three of us. Especially the mental mochi became my favorite now. Is not too quiet to talk with friends. My...More

Overtime we are in Asakusa we eat Okonomiyaki in this place. Having lived in Osaka we have tried quite a few Okonomiyaki and this place makes it right.

Ueno, Asakusa
Traces of the history and culture of the Edo (old
Tokyo) era remain vividly in Ueno and Asakusa.
Spacious Ueno Park is a great place to relax and visit
a variety of different museums and galleries. At
Ameyoko which starts in front of Ueno station, the
grocery stores and clothing shops are crammed
alongside fishmongers. It gets particularly busy at
the end of the year, when many people go on shopping

Enjoy yourself in the bright ambiance. We use specially ordered teppan grill at the counter on the 1st floor. We grill your okonomiyaki right in front of your eye. Fluffy dough okonomiyaki is our specialty. The rich flavor from the chicken soup stock that has been cooked for three days is the secret for our vaunted taste. We also have a reasonably priced course menu.
