After having had many sushi, sashimi, vegan and other Japanese style dinners, this place offers a great pizza and dessert! The pizza was delicious and tasted more Italian than most Italian restaurants in Europe can offer. The iced crème brûlée (yes, I know, not Italian) deserves a special recommendation. We ate at Pizza Salvatore Cuomo with a group of kids and adults. The food was quite good. We ordered the spaghetti with clams and the spaghetti with 'hearty' seafood. Really good. Kids got Quattro Formiaggi pizza and are almost every drop. The focaccia was a good starter. The service was a bit spotty
Our family had a meal here which was very enjoyable! The staff were very friendly & kept our grandson amused. The pizza was very nice & tasty
Stayed nearby at Hotel Metropolitan and ordered take out twice we were so happy with the first visit. They had some tasty simple options for young kids (margherita pizza and spaghetti with classic meat sauce) and also some more adventurous options for adults. Highly recommend it.
Basically everything I wanted in a pizza. I had a seat at the counter overlooking the prep area and could see right into the wood fired oven, which was nice ambiance. House wine and dessert was good too.
It wasn't amazing but it was pretty good! I particularly liked the sponge cake and cream dessert. We had to wait for 10-15 minutes because it was pretty busy for the lunchtime buffet, but it was worth the wait. Good pizza and garlic toast.Recommended for hungry people.
Being a vegetarian, I asked the restaurant staff to get me a few vegetarian dishes. And trust me, the staff was ready to customise it for us. Further, the dishes were good and served very well. I would say a MUST try.
