Fantastic modern Japanese with some international twists. The service was exceedingly friendly despite the language barrier. Every dish was outstanding. Prices were very good for Tokyo.

Had lunch here with very high expectations (being Michelin starred and all) but wasn't completely blown away. The tamago was amazing, easily the best I've had, but the other dishes (chicken main, hamachi main, appetizers) were only slightly above average. Another stand-out was the dessert, an excellent blancmange with matcha sauce that was served at the cafe area downstairs. The... More

Great fusion of japanese ingredients and techniques with western influences. There is a serviceable wine list as well including decent choices by the glass. Menu offers several choices for ala carte or mutli course tasting approach. Highly recommended.

Very cozy ambience, lovely place to go to in a beautiful quaint Tokyo suburb. We always face a problem in Tokyo with vegetarian food and within that constraint they did the best to serve us good food. Fantastic quality very fresh food and a good experience. Loved it and would love to visit again hopefully with some more veg food.

Very nice and beautiful restaurant with very tasty food! It is japanese style food with western influences. The flavours were very well balanced and the wagyu beef tasted delicious. It all tasted delicious! Definitely would recommend if you dont mind spending a little bit more for a nice dinner.

We had the 9-course Omakase menu (the tasting menu), which was priced at Y8200 and was worth every yen. The food, involving many traditional Japanese ingredients and ways of cooking, was exceptional. Every course was cooked to perfection and served beautifully. The only things that set this apart from a Michelin-starred restaurant is the relatively limited wine list (including Sake),... More

The restaurant is a little difficult to find, but it's worth it when you see it. A detached house with the dining on the first story and a basement as the bar. Restaurant serves modern Jap cuisine using seasonal produce.

My Japanese friend took me to this restaurant last night. I was impressed by modern chic style of this restaurant and staff also very nice. Matcha Panna Cotta created the best experience in real touch of Japanese Green Tea. Overall better than my expectation.

Honestly, I think this place deserves a Michelin star. We splurged for the chef's taster menu (8,200 yen), which was worth every penny (or, um, yen) for the incredible quality of the food and supremely professional service. When you do the conversion, it's only £50 which is a truly unbelievable deal for what we got. I think it was 8... More
