We turned up without a reservation, but were told if we came back in half an hour we'd get a table. My female companion was a little intimidated by the male vampire that led us in, which was hilarious as she is the one usually doing the intimidating. The waiters do try not to break character, and it makes for... More

As I walked inside I was shocked how this place smells all smoked up. The skeleton greeting at the entrance, waiters all dressed and maked up, spider webs on the candelabras, the deco was nice but don't expect much from food, drinks and service. We ordered 2 hr course which started 10 min late cause non of waiters came to... More

You have to pay a fee to yet in, food is a little pricey for what you get bug we thought it was worth it. The waiters and waitresses stayed in character the whole time and the decor was amazing! The little bell to ring for attention was a nice touch. Our table had a coffin underneath it.

It wasn't till we finished and payed that we realised we were in the nose bleed section. The restaurant is in 2 sections . The section we were in is really bad it's out the back somewhere near the toilets just black curtains and black bench seats with a table and very loud music and very dark had to use... More

We originally ordered 2 3000yen courses and 2 4000yen courses but i was late so we changed it to 2 course and ala carte orders. I think the mains are satisfying and tasty, though my eyeball dessert was more cream than yummy. The atmosphere was great though! private rooms have little leg space but you can draw curtains for privacy.... More

Just ate dinner here with my husband. We loved it! The atmosphere is incredible and the food was great! Our food came out quickly. One of the waiters was a bit terse, but I think that was part of the "act." We definitely plan to go again, and we hope to dress up next time.

Long wait for food (1h)low quality of food, very poor service (quicked out after 2h), tourists only, nothing particular in the atmosphere or decor. Recomend not to go.

Tokyo is one crazy city. Sometimes you might get carried away by emotions and go with a hefty dose of kitsch, going for a close encounter with vampires, which is so removed from our daily lives. Worries pertaining to the quality of foods have not materialized, everything was pretty tasty for a tourist attraction spot. The dishes were simple and... More

I waited 45 minutes for a single entree, me and my partner then cancelled our mains and left, as it got to be over an hour..the waitress did not smile, nor was apologetic. No effort was made to let us know why it was taking so long despite the room being half empty.. Then to be hit with an over... More

I walked in without reservations but since I was alone I was seated quickly. They explained the 2-hour dining and cover charge rule and the "ring-the-bell-for-service", they drew the curtain and I was pretty much enclosed in a tiny area surrounded by crimson velvet drapes. The entire restaurant is dark and gothic - all service staff dressed to theme. Once... More
