The little bistro is in a quiet suburb on a small street off Ginza. Took a little trouble to find it. It was dinly lit but cosy. A great business omakase lunch featuring seasonal broths, light tempura and the star of the show, handmade to savor, soba noodles. A delicate meal to remember.

I am a lover of noodles and this place do awesome noodles. Noodles are serves steaming and fresh. they do also some delicious omakase and tempura dishes, using local ingredient and produce.

We were just a few yards away, but kept missing the understated front of the restaurant. Our Airbnb host had made reservations for us and our group of 5 was seated in a private room. Every dish was well introduced and presented in the omakase set. We had a pleasant surprise with an appetiser that had a similar texture as moichi but had contrasting flavours from the tomato steamed underneath it.
