Hi, i stayed at this hotel, and we went downstairs at sultan for our lunch, and we couldn't find enough bowl to take our food then i asked one of their staff if he can bring that food on our table, he said sorry sir...its self service. I know its self service but i can't find bowl that's why i am asking you, anyway after that we only eat what we had then we go out for lunch. Next at the dinner time we were hoping that this time should be better service and food. At dinner sultan is fully occupied for another party guest, and when we went down there, there was a guy in black suit he asked us to wait at bar and he will call us once the table available. We have waited there since 8 pm to 10,30pm but no body come and provide a table for dinner, After that we have to go out for dinner again at 11 pm Next day also for the breakfast i went to sultan at 10,45am and they said buffet is closed sir. Room was quit nice with bathtub. But there is no bubble bath liquid even do i am willing to pay for that. But i got response that sir please use shower gel to make bubble. I usually come here this was my second visit in a week. But i don't think now there is gonna be another one more. Thank you.More
