On a particularly rainy day, my husband and I needed to take shelter and there was The Nook. We ducked in and were able to enjoy delicious hot chocolates and crepes. Really cool spot!

Although it's small inside, the nook is a miniature aladdens cave!! Lots of interesting things adorn the walls to keep your interest as you eat, the food is delicious, crepes with a good variety of fillings also lovely coffee! We will definitely be calling again!

Went here one afternoon as I wanted something quick to eat. This is a lovely little cafe (and I mean little) with about 4 seats to sit in. The owner is lovely and the crepe she whipped me up was delish! The coffee was good too, which is a great bonus as there are very few nice places to get... More

Super coffee made with love and served with a smile. I think it is owner operated. The lady is full of chat with the locals and visitors alike. Everyone is made to feel so welcome. The crepes are to die for. Savoury or sweet, great choice. I will be back.

Called for coffee on an evening out in Athenry. Such a quirky little space with lots of charm. Sells not only food but locally produced soaps, face creams and pottery. Certainly unique! Only complaint, lack of toilet facilities.

We were told about this hidden gem by one of the locals and it did not disappoint. On the contrary, we were so impressed with our first visit to the Nook, that having left Athenry to spend the day in Galway, our 4 children unanimously voted to return for a late lunch to The Nook where Julie once again welcomed...
