I have to be honest. We never would have found this place on our own. We were a group of friends staying in L'Isle sur la Sorgue and we hired a fantastic guide for a personalized wine tour. The Auberge de la Tuilerie is a delightful family run restaurant set in the midst of the vineyards of Domaine Grand-Père Jules where you can dine outside on summer evenings and enjoy very tasty authentic Provencal cooking. There is only one choice to make here: which wine will you have with your dinner- there is just one menu for all- and it is delicious simple country style cooking! We love it. The garden is in the middle of the wine fields and you can enjoy the sunset over the vines as you eat - it is unbeatable.

The menu is chosen for you and delivered in several courses from starter to desert - the food was ok but nothing special and this formula seemed to be conceived to make life easy for the chef.
