Service was rather surly but the food was delicious and the prices couldn't be beat. My aubergine and ham filled pastry was melt in your mouth delicious and the pizza slices were quite yummy. I would have expected to pay more but we walked out having spent 8 euro for three basked items and drinks.

Had luke warm capuccino and a stale pastry. Almost everything was gone when we arrived. So i can't realy judge about most things. The wifi wasn't working. The girl behind the counter was nice though.

The fact that a place is a very short walk from where one is staying is really no guarantee you'll go there more than once. I mean if the suck or are even mediocre, what's the point of returning, convenience? I don't think so. Having said that, I was here every day for 5 straight days, the pastries were house-made,... The gelato bins were empty at this centrally located cafe, at least in midafternoon on the October day when we visited. But the cream puffs certainly were good. Friendly service. Near the main basilica and overlook.

Was recommended this place by one of the locals. Both the ragu and pistachio arranchini were delicious and the pizza is also good. Great for a quick snack. Will be back for some ice cream for sure as well. Btw arranchini sold only after 6pm but open all day otherwise.

This was a small Bar where we were able to get a quick coffee. The coffee was good and we were able to get it quick. Very quaint.

Myself and four friends visited following a train journey from Catania. Located on Corso Umberto at the rear of the Santa Maria church. Pros: -Indoor and outdoor seating. -Clean premises. -Polite and helpful female member of staff. -Wide range of hot drinks, cakes and ice cream. Alcohol (spirits) for sale. Free glass of tap water available on request. I had... More

We were on our way around Etna on the Funivia and had an hour and a half in Randazzo. We had panini and gelati for under 5 euros. Both were good. There is some outdoor seating but we chose to walk across the piazza and sit on the wall looking towards the Alcantara river.
