Really good food og service!
The menu card was large, and we were tired after driving from Denmark to Amsterdam. The staff were good at guiding us in terms of which dishes we would like by asking us if we wanted beef, chicken or vegetarian. And whether we liked it mild and creamy or spicy. Based on those questions, the staff recommended an appetizer and two entrees to share. The food tasted really good and was reasonably priced

This experience was completely unexpected. Meeting friends who live in Amstelveen after years. Alka and Ankur took us to Tummy treats
It is by far the best Indian meal I’ve had for quite some time. I live in Leicester so that is saying something
It is quite apparent that food is cooked with passion as well as skill
It is a journey through India with dishes so personal to different regions
We ordered a mix of veg and non veg dishes and each and every one was awesome
The attention from the house staff must be mentioned. Attentive, discrete, friendly in the perfect balance
It’s a must visit place AND a must visit again place

I know there are lot of Indian restaurants but there are not many restaurants which serve the South Indian flavour.
We had to wait for few minutes inspite of having made the reservation. But then again it was Friday night and looked like all the tables were full.
We ordered
Chicken Kottu Parotha
Hyderabadi Chicken Biryani
Kari Sukka
Chicken Kottu Paratha was delicious and well made.
Hyderabadi Chicken Biryani was also tasty.
My only quibble is that there are many starters in the menu for chicken.
PS: The restaurant looked understaffed given the crowd.

After many experiences which were decent enough around Amsterdam, we found this relatively small place with fantastic indian food. As opposed to other restaurants serving "cliche" menus, Tummy Treats really offers a journey around India and a lot of rather unique dishes for the local dining stage..
Highly recommended !

Unbelievable! Best tandoori dishes i have eaten in netherlands for over 20 years. Chicken thigh meat pure meat no onions and capsican peppers. Charred en spiced the way it should be. I am not a fan of biryani but the vegetable biryani was delightfull!! And most importantly an indian restaurant which serves southern indian food as well as streetfood. Never came across an indian restaurant which serves idli sambar, panu puri and all variaties of indian style pancakes. Just a great place!

Arrived on a busy Friday evening at 7:30pm without a reservation and the restaurant was full. Made me a booking for 9pm....
Friendly staff even though they were under pressure with the place so busy. Ordered chicken tikka massala, naan bread and a beer. Food was really good, a little spicy hot but that'd the way it should be. All in all a great experience - so much so that I booked for the following night also!

Excellent Indian restaurant with a lot of South Indian cuisines. Loved the panipuri, kothuporotta, and the chicken(Hyderabadi) and lamb biriyanis(awadi). It is located in a shopping center. Nice staff and less waiting time. Their rose and badam milk shakes were great.

When in Netherlands and crave for Indian food, Tummy Treats is actually a treat for the tummy.
We really had a good time here. Food is amazing.
Would definitely like to visit again.

We went to this Indian restaurant after reading a good review from restaurant critic.
Upon getting there we experienced worst customer service, tasteless food unhygienic environment.
To top it all of if you want to take the left over food with you, they simply get you a takeaway boxes on your table and you have to pack it up yourself.
If you are looking for a good Indian food I would highly recommend you stay away from this place.

It was a delightful experience having authentic Indian dishes at Tummy Treats ! Just reading the names of Maharashtrian dishes like Kolhapuri chicken , Malvani curry made us feel so warm !
Delicious food , warm and friendly staff ; a must visit place for Indians and non-Indians !

I went with my partner to have Onam sadhya at Tummy Treats and it was just delicious! You could taste that it was prepared with a lot of attention by the chef (Raja - he is not only very friendly but clearly also very skilled!). We loved the meal and look forward to returning to this restaurant!
