A cramped and not so clean spot that used to be great but has gone very much off the boil . Staff attitudes are also not good ......seem to not understand who the customer is .

Always the best place to eat fish and chips. The calamaris and hake are soft and juicy and the portions more than rich. It's a simple place - do not expect a posh restaurant - but I always feel at home and so satisfied with the food! No alcoholic beverages (unfortunately..)

Passing through Gordons Bay we decided to stop here and have a quick lunch. The fish and chips that we ordered was delicious and the Greek salad fresh and crispy. The service was good and prompt. We highly recommwnd it

Easy access for a quick seafood lunch takeaway or sit down. Great food and location. Fish and calamari a great family option within budget

The food is not all that ! i would rather go to Ooskus Fisheries much better value and the food is always good . The area especially at night does not offer safety. The staff are not friendly and lack basic etiquette skills.

Visited again to get a quick helping of good fresh fish to take away. Place was very busy with constant stream of patrons. Calamari well prepared, but the sauces not really something to consider. Definitely a place where the quality of fish remains constant. Not a place to sit down and enjoy the food though.

Essentially a takeaway with some tables outside. The range of fish is pretty well the same as in every takeaway in the Cape - hake/yellowtail/kingklip (if you're lucky). Freshly cooked, cheap, good quality - what's to say?

Visited Gordon's Bay with a friend. We did not want to sit down for a formal meal and went to Trawlers based on reviews. Good choice. Fish and chips hit the spot. Absolutely delicious and fresh. No liquor licence however and I do not recommend the peri peri sauce. Tastes artificial

Ordered meals for about 12 people which included 2 kids. Ordered the kids meal (which comes at a significant premium to MacDonalds) only really for the toy. Sat down and enjoyed the beautiful scenery whilst waiting for our order. To my dismay when the food arrived the toy was a little soft plastic ball not capable of bouncing. Went back... More
