Our first visit to the Rose for several years and we were delighted with the plate of food that we were served for lunch. Nicely cooked meat and vegetables. Well done!

Warm welcome. Best pub chips I’ve had for a while. well filled sandwiches and wraps Table all ready for us and beer was good too.

Ordered steak pie which looked lovely but the meat at the centre was stone cold. Returned to the bar and taken back to the kitchen, the same pie was returned to the table after being reheated but all the accompanying vegetables were cold! Very disappointing.More
