Great out door view and ambience

We went for lunch and the food and ambience was great. Restaurant is in open air and overlooks the valley and the pool. Slighly pricey (3500 for 2adults+2kids) but all enjoyed the food and setting. Risk of rainshower is probably only downside.

Lunch dining

Dining was fine and mouth watering dishes. Kids were provided complementary food as per their liking. Chec was down to earth and always on floor to make sure apatite was provided in the finest way. Thank you chef. MR.KARTHIKMore

Best one to try

One of the best food I have ever had. Stunning view very peaceful amazing ambience.

Having lunch at the altitude was an awesome experience. Our table was attended by Aparna. Very well mannered. Smiling and cheerful. The restaurant has an amazing view. Overall experience was wonderful. Thanks for giving us a memorable experience.Good food too.

ACCOMMODATION and Food services

Excellent hospitality by the staff in the altitude kitchen bar pool side at Grand Palace Yercaud. Delicious lunch on 14 Jan 22 on the occasion of pongal .

Avoid at all costs!

Pathetic service. The head chef wasn't even wearing a mask. And, the food was terrible for the price we paid and they charge 120 Rs for a 20 Rs water bottle.

Excellent Ambiance & Hospitality

The stay at Grand Palace was blissful.. Great hospitality and good food is what you want when you wanted a break from your busy life.. Staffs here are very kind & sweet A Special mention to the the team Ram, Captain Thamim,Chef Giri & Kesavan...and the hostess Aparna who made my plan of having a birthday surprise to my friend possible.. Best relaxation place for couples and families

U people made our honeymoon to the top notch by providing us the best candle light dinner in the best ambience and served with pleasing foods through delicious taste. Mss.aparna who make us feel comfortable and safe with her politely approch , And Mr. Giridharan...who prepared and managed all well .
