When people speak of Shanghai’s futuristic skyline, it’s the financial district of Luiazui they are speaking of. Shanghai’s most iconic buildings are located in close proximity to Lujiazui’s elevated ring road and swanky eateries. Sky-high shopping and chic bars fill the highrises around the area. As is characteristic of a world-class financial business district, some of Shanghai’s best malls and hotels can be found in the neighborhood. While everyone on the famous Bund side of the river gazes in awe at these amazing structures, all the buildings here, as well as Lujiazui’s riverside promenade, offer great views of the historic buildings all along the Puxi side. The Lujiazui park often hosts music festivals throughout the year, and park goers can party and stroll in the shadow of some of the world’s tallest buildings.
I’ve took the elevator and whet to the topo, what to say, incredibile emotional feeling!

"Exciting 'Transformers' like structure."

All that glitters isn't always gold. Sometimes its the Jin Mao tower. The detail in the structures alone gives it like, like a ripple in a vertical pool. The reflections seem clear like it is well maintained. We only saw from the outsife, but this is still a favorite; just for its character alone. Greater detail can be seem from...
Way overpriced for Shanghai, it is a good aquarium. If Aquariums are your thing, you won't be disappointed. They have lots to see. If you've got children, they'll love it. If you live far from anywhere you can see an aquarium? Definitely. If you've been to aquariums before and are in Shanghai for a short time and have to choose...
My wife and I went there for breakfast with our sons. They have one of the best breakfast among over a couple of thousand hotels I’ve ever stayed and/or been to around the world! Great job Ritz Pudong team! You guys deserve five stars or whatever the max stars are there to offer!
The food is on point and outstanding. We order truffle roasted duck and steam cod with Xo sauce . Our service is terrific very attentive as well as being very professional and personable . Very beautiful interior and outside view! High recommend!
We had a great time in this lounge enjoying a fantastic view of the Bund of this magical city. The service was outstanding. I love ginger tea, and although it was not in the menu, the host got the chef to make some for me. Absolutely delicious. The jazz group and singer are fab.
It is my first time to flair, shanghai. It is a good place where enjoy the view of shanghai, waiters are very enthusiastic.

Nearly everything in the hotel is faultless. Rooms are new and well thought out, service is great. The location is a bit off the beaten track, slightly outside the main area of the financial district, while the lifestyle and shopping activity is on the other side of the river in Puxi.
The hotel's Chinese restaurant is good, the breakfast spread...
Third stay in this hotel, and really beats all expectations. Great view, super location, excellent rooms, spotless clean, super friendly team, everything works fine, very good gym, great bed, amazing shower and great room service.
Maybe there are two areas which I could mention as somehow weak ones:
- the air conditioning in my room was too noisy. I had...

The foods and drinks in the executive lounge was very good. The service staff were very attentive, helpful and courteous.
Ms. Judith Pinera, the Service Manager was most very efficient in running the lounge and...
I stayed at the Pudong Shangri-La for 2 nights on a business trip. It is conveniently located near the Pudong financial district, but somewhat out of the way if you need to travel to other parts of Shanghai. Note that taxis are difficult to hail especially during the morning peak hours, hence you may wish to book one in advance...
