San Ángel is known for its artistic vibe and elegant details displayed throughout its streets, antique residences and haciendas where famous actors like Consuelo Velázquez, Capulina and other prominent families used to live and that have now been turned into beautiful galleries, cafés and restaurants. An array of cultural and artistic activities are organized in the neighborhood, but it is on Saturdays when the San Jacinto Plaza and surroundings really shine as artists gather to exhibit a variety of arts and crafts, from paintings to clothing.
This plaza and small beautiful church are located in one of Mexico City's most elite and expenisve neighborhoods. But all types of people from all walks of life enjoy this peaceful plaza and church. A real throwback to the calm Mexico of old!
This is a small museum, it consist in 3 buildings, and are filled with dates about Friday, Diego and their life. Maybe 3-4 paintings of Diego are there. Is impressive and free on Sunday, in a nice expensive neighbourhood.
We visited this place as part of our visit to Bazar El Sabado. Lovely building and make sure you go to the top to see the areal view and there's a history written between relationship between the Irish army and Mexican army in this building as well.
It's a small building but beautiful and free of charge. Spanish languange is...
It’s old world charm with delicious food and the BEST margaritas ever. The service was impeccable and the food scrumptious. The restaurant is so beautiful and I felt like I was in an old Mexican novela.

All the food was great, and the staff makes sure you get to sample particular meats if you request them. A bargain compared to comparable restaurants in the U.S. And don't miss the pineapple! You won't need dessert if you have a few slices of it!
I would highly recommend this hotel. The rooms are super nice, modern and spacious. Staff was very helpful, polite and respectful. They bent over backwards to assist me during my stay. So much so I am staying over a month straight with them instead of my rewards based hotel.
