What a treat to discover the Tasmanian Food & Wine Conservatory on our travels to Cradle Mountain. Delicious Tassie fare served generously with a fine selection of wines to accompany. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable & passionate Tassie foodies. They were happy to let our talented travel companion serve up a couple of tunes on the beautiful Bernstein piano. If you’re looking for a delightful, cozy & delicious experience during your Apple Isle travels then make stopping here a priority.
