It was nice to know that you enjoying our grounds and pools as well as the breakfast buffet which we definitely proud of!. However, we are very sorry your experience on this occasion did not meet your expectation. We have discussed your experience with our management team who will take the necessary steps to improve the certain areas that you have mentioned. Regarding for the issue of our neighbourhood, this was in fact held by an independent business on their private property and the public beach area, which was completely outside our control and equally share your annoyance. We are very sorry about this situation having occurred which created an understandably disappointing experience during your stay with us.
