We extend our sincerest regret for any disruption in your family’s vacation as a result of the construction that was being done at the resort. We wish for our guests to feel relaxed and comfortable as a result we have aimed to have construction take place between the hours of 9am-5pm reducing the disturbance during the early mornings and evening. We are sorry if you were not satisfied by our service and we assure you that your concerns will be handled in a strict and serious manner to ensure this does not happen with you or any future guests.
