Dear bknee39 Thank you so much for your review. As we have just renovated, we are learning from guests like you of issues of the sound transfer with the new configuration. Because of your review, procedures and some operational changes, like relocating speakers, have been made to mitigate these issues. I have passed on your comments about the food to the kitchen, it's nice when their hard work is appreciated. Because we are having a very successful fall, we have been very busy, and yes we have hired a lot of new staff, I am sorry you had to experience some of our growing pains.
