Dear guest, It is always a pleasure to receive feedback like yours, and on behalf of the entire team here at IBEROSTAR ParaÃso Maya, we would like to express our gratitude for detailing your vacation experience. Thank you very much for all the positive points you mentioned and also for your constructive comments, this feedback helps us to keep working hard to exceed our standards improve our services. Doubtless we will send your comments to all the Mangers involved, so they can do a follow-up planning. Regarding the activities for your 8 year- old son, we would like to mention that the Entertainment Department is readily eager to cheer up guests of all ages but at the same time is responsible for equally the guests’ safety and enjoyment. Some of our activities such as archery, target shooting or boules would be quite dangerous for a child or other activities such as volleyball or basketball would end up unequal. That is the reason, all the activities are divided. Alternatively, we have some activities that can be done in family such as: beach soccer, water polo, darts, ping pong; pool activities like foam party, water balloon fight, magic carpet or special activities such as the mechanical bull. We regret this inconvenient and hope this had not spoiled your holidays.
