2nd time we haved stayed here. Last time was 2011. The place is in need of some tlc but we still thoroughly enjoyed the service & hospitality of all the staff. Location is fab. On arrival we were not happy with accomm. It was clean etc but very dark & no view or sun on balcony.…

Our staff as you mention has to handle sometimes with very rude customers, and they are always friendly and respectful.
