The restobar seemed to have been designed to cater to the surfing community who travel to this surfing town of San Juan. Although non-surfers like me are also welcome to grab something to eat or drink a couple of beers. At the time we went there, there was an acoustic band (actually a duo) playing. Great place to unwind.
