Dear Guest, First of all we would like to thank you for taking time to write about your stay at our Hotel. We constantly work on improving our guests’ satisfaction; therefore, your feedback helps us to see our product through the eyes of our guests and this is highly valuable to us. It was our pleasure making your birthday a special day. Our team is delighted to hear that they are doing a great job and we thank you for your appreciation. We try to have a variety of entertainment and in the near future they will take place also outside as the days get warmer. As for the cats, our hotel is trying its best at finding a solution. Most cats are wild and which makes it hard for us to catch them. We take care of them with food and water in a separate area so they don’t wonder around during breakfast and lunch time seeking for food. Also we kindly ask guests not to feed them from their meal. We have found a shelter nearby which takes over all the strays’ cats. We have already organized and transferred cats there but since we are in the middle of the pure nature always new cats coming to us. we are glad you overall enjoyed your stay with us, hope to see you again in the future.
