Pathetic house keeping
We checked in at 12.30 pm lunch time it's 11 in the night we are still waiting in the rooms for pillows !!! We don't have blankets kids are crying and cold they want to sleep but still waiting for reception & house keeping to bring us pillows really sad how customer service…
