I was with regret to read that we were not able to meet your expectations in some aspect of your stay in particularly towards to Noisy both Bar and Waterfall. but we thank you for your positive feedback for our room as well as breakfast. We do promote this at our breakfast and thru other collateral such as our in-local Newspaper . It is indeed a shame we did not get to meet during your stay when you indeed posted this Tripadvisor allowing us to get the direct feedback and most importantly turn your stay around. I am certainly disappointed that we failed to deliver on service and other aspects during your stay.
