I was so excited to read your comments because it’s exactly what we want our guests to experience when they stay here. Every touch point in our hotel from the hangers to the reclaimed wood throughout your room was designed to honor nature and offer you a truly comfortable stay. I’m glad you liked the hour glass in your shower. It’s one of my favorite design touches. We want you to enjoy your shower experience and take as much time as you need, but if by chance you want to limit the amount of water you use, the hour glass is there to guide you. Its art, fun and conservation (if you choose to do so) all neatly placed in your shower. Our linens and bath towels are very lush and are made from organic cotton. The next time you stay with us try our comfy slipper socks and robes designed for maximum relaxation! We are thrilled that you had a chance to explore so many hotel features designed to enhance your time with us and make you feel at home! Your 1 Family in NYC looks forward to your return!
