Fabulous view - go early for NO lines!
My friend and I visited the ESB on a Friday morning and we arrived around 8:30 am and there was NO line. We literally walked straight through and got on the elevator. WOW -- that is the way to do it. :). The Art Deco building is old, but SO well-kept and very well run. …
